All of our steaks are 35-day dry-aged, seasoned simply, and cooked to your preference, with a perfectly caramelised crust that brings out the depth and character of each cut.
Our house steak, an 8oz sirloin, offers a classic balance of tenderness and rich flavour. If you prefer something a little fuller, you can choose to enjoy our 8oz ribeye — beautifully marbled, indulgent, and ideal for those who like a more robust, juicy steak.
For something special, our chateaubriand is perfect for sharing. Tender, buttery and cooked to your liking, it’s available by pre-order only to ensure we have this standout cut ready for your table (deposit required).
